As of December 31, 2005, there will be NO UPGRADE pricing for DOS customers who have not converted to Windows products.  Retail prices will apply to all future orders in 2006.  This applies to customers who have not purchased, for example, F&B or Pro Shop POS modules but have converted their accounting products.  Customers have been provided over 3 years notice to get upgraded!  Please contact us to schedule your conversion if you have not done so already.  In order to remain an Aces customer, you must convert.

Aces requires that each customer have internet access. Furthermore, we cannot stress enough how important high-speed internet, DSL or Cable, is to the well-being of your installation!  Dial-up is just not good enough for the majority of our users, especially if you have 3 or more applications. 

Many of you have experienced first-hand the benefits of online, real-time customer support whereby we are able to monitor your installation over the internet and even update your system.  Now, we are able to take this one step further.  Should your installation require re-training, Aces is able to train online where we are able to conduct online classes from our offices.  Not only can you see how each applications functions, you can have voice interaction as well.  The cost for this service is $ 100 per hour which is much less than on-site training.
